1. Payment Terms:
   Clients visiting our office: – Initial Payment: 50% of the Total Price is required before the commencement of work. – Final Payment: The remaining percentage is due upon completion and after the client has reviewed the work BUT NOT TAKEN. Please note that clients can review the work in our office but will acquire the complete work only after full payment.

   Remote Clients: – Initial Payment: 75% OR 50% of the Total Price is required at the beginning. Special considerations may allow for a 50% initial payment depending on strength of payments. – Final Payment: The remaining percentage must be settled before acquiring the complete work. Clients will have a preview of their work online, but full access is granted only after the total payment of the remaining cost.

2. Special Considerations:

• Depending on the complexity of the task or requested amendments, further negotiations can be made.

3. Corrections:

• All corrections within the agreed-upon task are our responsibility, and no additional payments will be required for the agreed task. Any corrections apart from agreed work will be reviewed and discussed and negotiations will take place based on strength of comments
• Example changing of title, objectives which affect the entire work as agreed prior leads to breaking of agreed terms and customer will be responsible for negotiation. before writing we need to agree on objectives and title 

4. Review Process:

• Clients are required to review their work after attaining it before submitting to their supervisors of University portals. In presence of any challenge you are required to contact us as soon as possible.

5. Additional Terms:

• Clients who visit our office are not allowed to take the work with them until all payments are completed.
• Any additional services or amendments requested by the client may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation.

6. Confidentiality:

• NL Research Consultants respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any sensitive data to third parties without explicit consent.

7. Termination of Services:

• NL Research Consultants reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms or engages in any form of misconduct.
• Any client terminating the contract while the task is at the start point, will be required to pay consultation fee equivalent to Tsh 100,000/= and share 50% of remaining paid amount based on workdone. 

8. Governing Law:

• Any disputes or legal matters arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NL Research Consultants which is basically The Nation guiding the business

9. Plagiarism. Upon the submission of already done work such as proposal or report which needs amendment. Plagiarism must be below as required. Once your work is plagiarized and you need to reduce the percent charges for plagiarism will take place.

Note: These terms are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to clients during the consultation process.

NL Consultants to start working on your task means that you have agreed the terms and conditions, hence you will abide to them.
